COLONIC HYDROTHERAPY

The Hering Clinic is the only clinic in Milton Keynes to have 2 colonic treatment rooms and 2 colonic hydrotherapists which enables us to offer joint appointments if required.  Most importantly, both colonic hydrotherapists are a member of  ARCH - The Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists which only accepts qualified RGN's, Doctors or Alternative Practitioners who have studied a therapy at college for at least 3 years.  Both therapists here are qualified in other modalities as well as colon hydrotherapy.  Click here for more information on the therapists, or see below for more information on colonics, benefits and frequently asked questions

Finally the bowel is being taken more seriously and a Doctor who featured on the Food Hospital (Channel 4, Tuesdays at 8.00 pm) has recognised that there is a link between ibs and probiotics and even alopecia in some people.  This is good news for colonic hydrotherapy, which helps gently cleanse the bowel and good probiotics love a clean bowel.  See below for what we can offer:

About Colonic Hydrotherapy

Colonic Hydrotherapy is a method of removing waste and toxins from the bowel by repeated, gentle flushing of warm water.  Although there have been no clinical trials to substantiate evidence of the effectiveness of colonics, many of our clients have reported the fantastic health benefits they have experienced after the treatment.  Please see our testimonials page, which features a range of our clients who have suffered with a variety of conditions e.g. IBS, constipation, skin problems and fatigue to name a few, and have written to us to report how colonic hydrotherapy, in their opinion has been instrumental in helping them.  It is interesting to note that colon hydrotherapy is an age old practice and was once administered within UK Hospitals.
