Denise King is a naturopathic nutritional therapist who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in December 2003. None of the Doctors she saw could really help, so she decided to take full responsibility for her health. This led her to the College of Naturopathic Medicine where she studied for 3 years. Denise is now a fully qualified nutritional therapist who is also a member of BANT and has been practising for over 2 and a half years.

About Nutritional Therapy
Nutritional therapy is based on the belief that good nutrition is able to provide the medicine we need to obtain and maintain a state of health. Unfortunately some of the substances we eat nowadays are so far removed from nature that they are more likely to resemble pharmaceutical products than food. Even our crops contain fewer vitamins and minerals than they used to because of soil depletion and farming methods, so of course this means less nutrients for us. You may just want to feel less tired or have a specific condition that needs addressing, either way, nutritional therapy is a useful tool.
COGNITIVE HYPNOTHERAPY
Sarah Leonard is an experienced Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner. She studied at the Quest Institute, which teaches leading scientific techniques and promotes treating the individual, not set treatments. She is a member of the NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapy) and CHNC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). Practicing since 2005, Sarah’s approach is non-judgemental; she will help you to facilitate change to help you achieve your goals.

Sarah Richards graduated with BSc Chiropractic degree in 1993 from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) and after completing a further year of post-graduate study, she gained her diploma, earning the title Doctor of Chiropractic (DC). About Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage has been practiced in India as a form of grooming in every day life , being brought into Western society in the 70′s. Since then the therapy has been extended to include facial areas, ears, neck, shoulders and upper arms.
Working with a firm, but gentle rhythm, Indian Head massage works on the areas affected by mental and physical stress. The massage begins with with the upper back using pressure points to help relax the muscles. From the back the therapist will move onto the shoulder area and upper arms using the same process to relax muscles in these areas. Working deep massage in the neck area where the most stress and tension accumulates , this helps to relieve headaches.

Ear Candling or Thermo Auricular Therapy is a totally natural therapy which has been handed down through the generations and evolved into what we know and understand in today’s modern world as Ear Candling (Hopi Ear Candling)
