How to stop the Bloating

I am often asked how frequently I have colonics and the answer is 1 a month - that's because I can, it's the perk of the job I do!  I am fast approaching 54 and my weight has remained the same since I was around 19 years old - around 8 stone - and I still exercise with the misguided idea that I am 19!  I am currently in my third week of the Insanity Workout - I completed the whole 8 weeks program last year and felt great until holidays, Christmas, hibernation and downright laziness got in the way!  I recently picked it up again and if anyone is familiar with this, knows  it is quite hardcore but the  problem is, no matter how many abdominals I do, my tummy still looks bloated if I don't watch what I eat.  I know I am not on my own as I hear the same from many of my clients.  I know that anything involving wheat, yeast and sugar (interestingly 3 ingredients used in beer-making as well as bread) will blow me up like a balloon and although I avoid these things as much as I can, I do go off track from time to time.  For me, a colonic is the quickest solution to my wayward ways as it re-sets me, both physically and mentally.  I will admit, that the day before I know I'm having a colonic, I will eat things I wouldn't normally eat, like bread because I know a colonic will clear me out and set me back on track.  Probably not the attitude, I know, but at least I am being completely honest!
